Spot AS expands to Oslo
Spot AS has established an office in Oslo to strengthen its focus on services and project delivery for complex buildings. Tough based in Oslo we will undertake assignments nationwide, with a particular focus on hospital projects, laboratories, veterinary clinics, medical gases, and specialty gases.
The contact person for Spot AS in Oslo is Usman Riaz, an energy and environmental engineer with more than 15 years of industry experience. He has served as department manager, project owner, and project manager on several of Norway’s largest and most complex healthcare projects, including the New Drammen Hospital, the New Stavanger University Hospital (SUS), Nordmøre and Romsdal Hospital, and Rikshospitalet.
Usman has built and led strong professional environments within medical gases and specialty gases, and has held overall responsibility for projects from early phase through completion, including quality, HSE, finance, and operations.
The objective of the Oslo office is to build a leading professional environment within healthcare and specialty gas projects, and to strengthen Spot’s project and service deliveries for hospitals and similar organizations. With a local presence in Oslo, Spot AS enhances its ability to provide close follow-up, high quality, and long-term solutions.
